On the Agenda was founded in 2014 by Lynn Roseberry, J.D., LL.M., Ph.D., and Johan Roos, M.Sc., Ph.D.

Their partnership began after they co-authored their book, Bridging the Gender Gap: 7 Principles for Achieving Gender Balance (OUP 2014).

In 2016, Lynn took over the development and daily operation of the company.

Our mission

“We were impatient with the persistent gender gap in the organisational landscape,
and wanted to be at the forefront in narrowing that gap.”
– Dr. Lynn Roseberry, Ph.D

Bridging the Gender Gap

Our book, Bridging the Gender Gap, draws on the latest research on gender in sociology, psychology, history, economics, management, politics, law and philosophy to dismantle seven myths perpetuating the behaviors and beliefs that prevent us from closing the gender gap. The book offers a guide to empowering individual decisions, action and behavior that will help narrow or even close the gender gap in leadership and employment.

Improve your business performance through gender equality, diversity and inclusion with On the Agenda. Research-based consulting and scalable game-inspired tools for learning, team building and business development.

“Too often achieving parity for women is positioned as a ‘do good’ action – and nothing is wrong with that. But, by acting on the guiding principles in Bridging the Gender Gap, it moves from doing good to actually make organizations thrive and grow… and unleashed the power of an economic future that will benefit all.”

Our guiding principles

Our research shows that the gender gap is sustained by seven popular myths about men, women, business and leadership. Based on our work, and several compelling cases, we developed seven guiding principles that will help close the gender gap.

These seven principles are at the heart of everything we do – from developing Mosaic®, our Serious Game, to facilitating leadership workshops with clients all over the world.
