Inclusive Leadership
For leaders and managers
Research shows that to generate exceptional outcomes, people need to feel included. Leaders need to create inclusive atmospheres where employees can belong and thrive – this enables them to collaborate, connect, resolve conflicts, and innovate as a cohesive unit.
In this program, participants will:
- Identify the six behaviors of inclusive leadership
- Learn to deploy each of these behaviors in their daily work
- Identify challenges and engage with previous missteps
- Brainstorm solutions, set goals, and plan next steps
- Learn to hold team members accountable, create ownership, and become an ally
Inclusive Culture
For employees
Creating an inclusive workplace culture is essential to achieve the goals of diversity initiatives. It is also a shared responsibility – and it can’t be achieved without employees that understand the importance of inclusion.
In this program, participants will:
- Identify the three behaviors that create experiences of inclusion
- Pinpoint the challenges they face in performing these behaviors
- Find examples of missteps, successes, and opportunities to improve
- Learn to deploy each of these behaviors in their daily work
- Practice accountability and allyship
Inclusive Hiring and Progression
For HR teams
In order for diversity initiatives to succeed, HR-teams and hiring managers must be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to implement inclusive work processes. In this program, we focus on inclusive recruitment and progression – and it’s completely tailored to your organisation, and the daily work of your participants.
In this program, participants will:
- Use ‘nudging’ to reduce the effects of unconscious bias on recruitment and progression
- Practice discussing diversity and inclusion issues using Mosaic®, our Serious Game.
- Develop the language and personal skills needed to support inclusion and diversity
Certified Mosaic® Facilitator Training
For Diversity & Inclusion Managers and HR Partners
Want to start (or continue) the conversation about diversity in your organisation? Now you can become an expert at facilitating Mosaic®, our Serious Game. The game can be used by any trained facilitator – and we give you all the tools you need to play it again and again.
Participants will:
- Help players identify and respond to inclusion issues in a fun and safe environment
- Master the art of facilitating constructive conversations about sensitive issues
- Learn how to challenge and overcome common stereotypes
