A learning and development program for leaders who want to strengthen their ability to spot and develop talent, unleash their team’s creativity, support better decision-making, and improve team performance.
WHAT CAN YOU GET OUT OF PARTICIPATING?
What you get out of the program depends on what you bring into it and your willingness to reflect on your own behaviour and the impact it has on the people you lead.
You are likely to develop:
Deeper insight into yourself and how gender, ethnicity, age, and other factors affect your perception and judgement.
More empathy and greater ability to inspire and develop people.
Increased ability to tolerate and manage conflict and disagreement as part of a creative process.
A sharpened ability to recognize and resolve common gender balance and diversity-related issues in a way that promotes inclusion.
Greater willingness and ability to initiate and participate in constructive conversations about gender and diversity issues.
Tools and tricks for addressing unconscious bias.
You can also earn Inclusive Leader Certification if you complete all parts of the course within one year. When 20% of the leaders in your company are certified, GoGetty – the diversity branding platform – will include the information in your company’s profile.

How does the course work?
The program consists of three modules combining in-person and e-learning.
Each module consists of one half-day in-person session with the program director, Dr. Lynn Roseberry, Co-Founder and CEO of On the Agenda, plus pre- and post-session online engagements.Based on the latest science of adult learning, these engagements will consist of bite-sized, collaborative activities, which drive ‘on-the-job application’ for greater performance.
A digital platform that will engage participants on their smartphones, tablets or computers will enable participants to access course materials, share information and get feedback and support before and after the face-to-face session.
The teaching method draws on the latest science of adult learning, gamification and behavior design. The online engagements will consist of bite-sized, collaborative activities, which drive ‘on-the-job application’ for greater performance.
The maximum number of participants is 10. This way everyone can participate actively in the sessions and receive both inspiration and immediate feedback. Likewise, the teaching and online engagements can be tailored to both the group and the individual leaders’ specific wishes and potential.
Danish or English will be spoken during the in-person sessions, depending on the language preferences of participants.
